Summary
The site has no sign-up, does not ask for your phone number or email, and does not store personal data. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and only work if you accept them.
Analytics and advertising cookies
With your consent, the site may use tools that count visits (how many people, where they came from, which pages they read) and that measure whether an ad brought in someone who clicked to talk on WhatsApp. These tools store cookies in your browser and send technical data (pages viewed, device, approximate city) to the companies responsible for them. We do not send your name, phone number or the text of your message: only the fact that there was a click to WhatsApp.
Tools configured today: Google Analytics 4 (Google). They only load after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, none of them is loaded.
What it is for: knowing which pages are helpful and how much each contact coming from an ad costs. Legal basis: your consent (LGPD — Brazil's General Data Protection Law —, art. 7, I). You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page, or by clearing the site's data in your browser.
Your choice (accept or decline) is stored only in your browser, in local storage, so the banner doesn't appear again.
Contact via WhatsApp
The contact buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-written message (for example, mentioning the property you viewed). Before opening it, the site asks, if you wish, what name you would like to be called: the name goes only into the text of the message, which you can still edit or delete before sending. The site does not store your name or any other data: there is no sign-up and no database. The conversation takes place on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy rules.
Email list
There is no email list yet. When it opens, the sending tool and the party responsible will be disclosed here beforehand. Email addresses will be used only to send the guide and Mudei pra SC updates, with an unsubscribe option in every email.
YouTube videos and maps
Videos appear as an image. YouTube only loads when you click to watch, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The OpenStreetMap map on property pages also only loads after you click.
Property photos
Listing photos come from the image server of the DWV platform. When you open a property page, your browser downloads the photos from there, without telling it which page you came from.
Preferences stored on your device
If you use the "A+" button or check off items in the moving guide, this is stored only in your browser (local storage). It never reaches us.
Hosting
As with any website, the hosting server may log technical access data (such as IP address and browser) for security purposes.
Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us by email at contato@mudeiprasc.com.br or on Instagram at @marcelo.mudeiprasc.
